Our civilisation has reached such a level of complexity as to become unmanageable.
The only way we can deal with global complexity is by applying a global holistic multicultural integrated all-inclusive interdisciplinary strategy.
This is the IMNRC's New Capacity Building Programme (NCBP), most likely our civilisation's last hope. This may be difficult to understand or accept for many, but the hard fact/reality remains that to this day all else has failed.

The IMNRC asbl/vzw has acquired a strong international political and academic reputation and is recognised as probably the best worldwide reference to date regarding New Capacity Building. The NCBP - that integrates all the IMNRC's principal fields of interest - has throughout the years become increasingly popular worldwide, probably for two reasons:
- This international recognition came with the shocking realisation that for nearly thirty years the IMNRC's activities had not only been seriously hampered (politics, unscrupulous opportunism, pure spite and a narrow-minded outdated educational system), but throughout these years the IMNRC saw its own work, ideas, research and solutions being systematically plundered, copied and stolen by the UN+EU+WEF System (which includes "my" country Belgium) reinventing the wheel under a different label without the slightest economic recognition. - The NCBP is now becoming an internationally recognised viable alternative to the UN+EU+WEF System.

This official open call for funding shall now be sent to clusters of potentially interested financial stakeholders. As explained elsewhere, however, contacting more than 20,000 people (around 10,000 for LinkedIn) is going to take months and we are already out of time: we do not have an army of PR personnel and secretaries at our disposal like institutions to deal with the logistics.
