Mr. Aswini Kumar Pati was born in 1964 and holds a M.Sc. in Chemistry. He completed a Management Course offered by the Indian Government and developed good computer skills and expertise in Computer Sciences. At present, Mr. Aswini Kumar Pati is working on two projects: research on Traditional Medicine and research on the Environment. The former is a project entitled: "Traditional Medicine Across Asian and European Cultures" and is based on an Asian IT&C project approved by the European Union. [Read more...]. The latter is a project on the Application of Information Technologies for the Sustainable Management of the Extractive Industry. This second project applies modern information technologies - Earth Observation (EO), Geographic information Systems (GIS), ... - to areas of environmental management in extractive industries. [Read More...] In 1989, Mr Aswini Kumar Pati founded the Indira Gandhi Integral Education Centre (IGIEC), a non-profit Institution. Research, Development and Training activities currently employ over half a million people in India, and an increasing number throughout the world. The IGIEC has achieved an outstanding reputation as a "Center of Excellence" in Information Technology & Communication and is now one of India's leading Research, Development and Training Institutes. This reputation has been further strengthened by the IGIEC's association with the Indian Government's National Research Development Corporation in New Delhi. [Read more...]. Mr Pati considers that the present upward trend is i) the effective handling of people; ii) the planning, deployment and control of resources and iii) developing the ability to think and perform creatively under pressure. Mr Pati is also a member of the Technology Expert Network (TEN) Panel at the Ministry of Science & Technology in New Delhi. He likes reading, writing, tourism, travelling, computer work, thinking up innovative initiatives and ideas, Yoga & meditation. His interest in life is "trying to be a pure heart of soul and a simple innocent mind". Regarding how he sees the family, Mr Pati replies: "Small is beautiful always."

At present, Mr Sahoo is the Assistant Director of the Indira Gandhi Integral Education Centre responsible for planning and management. He has experience in research based on traditional medicine, Environmental pollution on extractive industry related to Earth Observation system, Remote Sensing, Geographic information system and decision support systems approved by the European Union, Belgium.

Short Bio: Dr Ravikesh Srivastava was born in 1963 and holds a PhD in Agriculture Economics from BHU. His fathers’ Name was Late Sri K. P. Lal. Dr Ravikesh Srivastava has had more than 16 years of experience in Teaching, Research, and Training and Consultancy.
