Ndjadi is a specialist in social sciences (PhD) and has multidisciplinary
competences. He has worked for over 15 years in the area of international human
rights and the promotion of sustainable development, working for UN agencies,
for international organizations, and for human rights organizations. He
has had nearly twenty years of experience as a researcher, academic, UN staff
member, expert advisor and activist in the field of human rights and
international law. He has longstanding experience with political actors and the
international community. He has experience in project and programme management,
budgeting, workplan development, resource mobilization, etc. He has knowledge
and experience working simultaneously and
successfully on several programmes with conflicting demands. He
has nineteen years of administrative/project experience with a background in
development issue. His work experience encompasses a variety of areas such as
programme management, research, planification, preparation and distribution of
presentations, corporate documentation and project material.
He has knowledge of private sector development, in particular of value chain
approaches and the landscape of international economic cooperation and key
players. Mr
Ndjadi worked upwards from administration to research, training, coaching, team
leader, manager, executive director and board international consultant with NGOs
and also with governmental and intergovernmental organizations including the UN
agencies. He
collaborated with a number of UN agencies from 1993 to 2010 (UNDP, UNEP, FAO,
UNFPA, UNICEF, WFP, etc). This experience has led him
to become familiar with the Universal Declaration on Human Rights and the main
treaties on Human Rights (PIDESC,
PIDCP, CAT, CEDAW). He has outstanding credentials in human rights and justice. He is the author of a number of publications on human rights. He is the President of a research centre on development issues and collaborated with a number of UN agencies on development issues in the World.
